We are very happy to be living in a larger apartment for considerably less than we were paying in Manhattan. The amenities make daily living more streamlined too. I wish I could give half stars, we are at 4.5 (I must admit, I’m still getting used to the thinner walls after years of pre-war living!)
Everything has been just fine so far. I can’t think of anything that I would do or have someone else do differently. Thank you very much. I will let someone know if that changes.
Great amenities, location, and management team! Units are clean, new, and spacious. The only downside is parking needs to be purchased separately.
Too far away from the elevators and there are too few of them; too noisy—I can hear clearly what my neighbors say in their living room and sometimes I cannot fall asleep because of that. Other things are fine.

The Quincy is very nice and in a great location in New Brunswick. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted a safe and cozy place to live. Worth it!

Apartment looks nice and new. The maintenance team is extremely quick and attentive, so anything something goes wrong, they immediately fix it. Beautiful gym

The amenities are amazing and the Staff is extremely responsive. I am so glad I picked this community to live in. The Building is less than 5 minutes from the NJTP which is super convenient and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Overall, I've had a pleasant stay at the Quincy. Of all the amenities, I really like the gym. Hopefully, it will be opened soon like before. Thank you.

It's very nice. Although, the game room needs to be updated. The pool table is in the wrong spot. Cannot really play billiards against the wall.

Really good! The room is really comfortable! There is a library and a entertainment room at first floor and a swimming pool at the roof! Amazing!

I love the apartment. I am frustrated by the management and administration. I have had numerous issues since moving in. I also find their communication and response time is lacking.
Nice community with a few design challenges and areas for improvement. Building is new and modern, I appreciate the feel inside the unit. I've had challenges with hallway noise in my studio unit. I can hear every last thing that happens all up and down the hallways in addition to my neighbors. Makes for tough sleeping. Also the majority of the courtyard facing units in the building get almost no sun, and no air circulation. Makes for very depressing days.
Feels like nothing gets done here no matter who you speak to. It’s unfortunate and continues to be a problem in this building. Ready to move out.
One of the best apartments in NB and I love the amenities and the security systems available and the way people and neighbors are, I appreciate the great staff and management.
I used to love being here but things have gone downhill in almost all aspects. 1. In the last 6 months there have been over a dozen car break-ins in our garage. People have had their property damaged and stolen with no action from the building. No improvement in security nor accountability. 2. They force us to pay over $400 a year for useless trash service which I only use once or twice a year, only to have them complain to residents and threaten to fine them all the time. Many residents have received emails with threats of fines which I found to be unacceptable. 3. The noise level has gotten progressively worse. I can never open my window because of all the thugs screaming all night. 4. The online app to pay is garbage. It constantly fails making it really challenging to pay rent in an easy manner.
Still enjoying living at The Quincy. Maintenance crew is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Management has done a good job adapting to COVID.
It’s definitely one of the best apartments in New Brunswick, love the amenities and the location. Amazing staff with top notch ethics of maintaining the facilities, cannot thank enough for such a happy experience in these tough times, but together we’ll make sure everybody is safe and secure.
Overall, very pleased with the community and my experience here. I only wish communication from the building was a bit clearer (regarding covid policies, fire alarms going off, etc.) But community is friendly and welcoming.
